Delivery & Returns

How do I place an order?

You can place an online order with us as a guest or by signing up to an Allotment account. If you would rather place an order over the phone, please contact us on 01823 410605.

Gift cards can be purchased online but currently can only be redeemed in our two stores or for mail order sales over the phone.

How do I return an order?

We hope you are delighted with your order but if any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund (with the exception of the goods listed below), please complete the returns form enclosed with the order and ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, unworn and in their original packaging, with any tags attached, within 14 days of receipt to:

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 15 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and we recommend you return items using a trackable delivery service with adequate insurance.  We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please note: The items listed below are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Giftcards, earrings, perfume, beauty products and cosmetics, hair accessories, home fragrance products, and face masks.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I exchange an item?

If you require an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, please email us at and we will advise you on availability. If the item is available we will ship it to you with no further shipping charges, but the return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email to advise it has been dispatched.

How long does delivery take and cost?

Please note orders placed over the Sale/holiday time July/August may take slightly longer than normal to reach you, please bear with us!

UK Mainland Delivery (inc. Northern Ireland):

Orders over £150: Free standard delivery, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to reach you.

Orders under £150, £5.95, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to reach you.

Express delivery is £9.95 and takes 1-2 working days.  Orders must be received by 1pm in order to ensure express delivery. If you require an item urgently, for example for a gift, please get in touch via email – PLEASE NOTE DURING THE SALE/HOLIDAY TIME WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER AN EXPRESS SERVICE.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail using Tracked 48 Service. If you wish to add a note to Royal Mail to advise leaving the parcel in a safe place you accept full responsibility for any loss/damage. You will receive an email to confirm the dispatch of your order.

Non-UK Delivery:

Europe Delivery: £19.95
International Delivery: £24.95

Customs Requirements

The UK has now left the EU customs union, items/goods sent to the EU now need to be treated the same as items send to non EU destinations and must include a CN22 or CN23 customs declaration. You will receive an email to confirm the dispatch of your order. We use an International Tracked & Signed service which provides tracking overseas and takes a signature on delivery. Online confirmation of delivery is available, we ask that you allow sufficient time for your parcel to reach you before contacting us following your dispatch confirmation.

All EU and International customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. As these will vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office if you are unsure.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please get in touch via email as soon as possible and we will resolve the problem.

Please be advised: This online policy differs from our returns policy in our stores.

We are currently not able to accept purchases made online for exchange or refund in our stores.
